This statement may extract alot of criticism from all who value the Name Brands and swear by them while those who don’t care one way or the other may support or agree with the sentiments of the writer.

I believe genuine Name Brands provide a Quality that others may not because they know that their name, services and reputation are on the line. I do stand with Brands that offer superior quality products and services since their workmanship is above the norm.

There is a saying that “You get what you pay for!” This saying has been proven time after time especially with Clothing, Shoes, kitchen gadgets, electronics and more. Have you ever bought a pair of jeans or pants and after 4 or 5 washes, you start seeing the material become lighter especially where there is more friction like between the thighs? Have you bought an electronic appliance that you thought was a deal due to its reduced price and after afew months it was useless?

Over the past few years, I have noticed more fat deposits around the under arms, belly and thighs. Cellulite is the fat storage or deposit that occurs right under your skin that look like dimples. How true that is!  If we look deeper through the tears, we can clearly see into the emotions hidden behind the tears. If you’re like me watching a movie sometimes leave me tearing up like a fool because I know it’s just a movie but can’t stop the tears from rolling down my cheeks! How embarrassing this can be!

Tears maybe of Joy, sadness, pain, hurt, thankfulness or gratefulness.  Whatever their emotional origin can only be found in looking deeper.  Sometimes we can’t see the real emotion they could be covering a regret or loss of something we had, wished we had or lost due to our own doing. Tears full of “Could have, would have or should have.”

Whatever their source Put yourself in that Positive mindset and be grateful for this new or fresh enlightenment! 

When we harness our Positive Imagination, it becomes a thought and those thoughts become actions. Those actions become a Positive reality. Our actions then impact our lives and those around us or others.

Tears and weeping may come or endure in the night but in the morning they are gone and Joy comes in to revive us and our souls. Success in life starts with A Move?….

We are all special in our own ways and no two people are completely alike, even twins defer in one way or another!

Recently after making a long house move, I was amazed at how much stuff we have collected over the years especially You Know who! The move was a loud reminder of why I hate to move.  Looking for Movers was a drag, Packing for days on end after sourcing for free boxes everywhere (Trying to be frugal and smart with my money Motto!) and figuring out how the long ride there was all going to be a success was not easy.  It took all my energy most times away and was almost a nightmare to say the least! but it was  well worth it from the get go but needed better planning in execution Hahaha!

I am glad that part is all over even if it took us 2 days using Uhaul and a few more car trips to make it.  Now the best part is unpacking and re-organizing which I love “Don’t get me wrong” but after a whole month of packing Please! it’s a task I would rather leave to the neighbours if possible  Hahaha!  I have to remind myself of the Big Picture!

Which brings me back to something I read somewhere that Once you set your Inner GPS to new dreams and goals. You have to listen to your heart long enough to know if you are making the right or decent decision because it knows you best and will help to cope with the consequences  good, better or best.  Sometimes those maybe mistakes or disappointments that we have to learn from but leave them behind.  Remember though not to abscond your obligations in the name of chasing your dream or a goal!

Sometimes in life we have to change our environment in order to forge ahead in life, relationships and work or just to deal with toxic issues surrounding us.  I have learned the best thing is Keep a Positive mind and know that it’s not a waste of time Plus Success is ahead!

The move may not have been easy or seamless but I am trusting for better things and situations for my family, work and everything else.  Hopefully this will encourage you to make your move in whatever you have been placing a blind eye to, ignoring or were scared to do.   • 1.  Thyme the readily Available herb in your kitchen to  help with Sore Throat?
  • Just use or Boil 1 cup of water and add 1 Teaspoon of Thyme and let it steep for 10 minutes, sieve and gargle for a few minutes.  Thyme has an Antiseptic effect.
  • 2.  Mixing 1 cup of Hot water with a Teaspoon of Salt let it sit for a few minutes and gonargle.  It will have the same effect and it has been used by old folk for years to alleviate the Sore Throat, Tooth Ache, Stomach Pain sometimes because it’s believed to act like the Antibiotics.
  • 3.  Warm Water with Lemon Juice and Honey.  I drink this regularly just to help with digestion but it comes in handy when you have a sore.  Gargle or Seep the mixture a number of times during the day.
  • 4.  Rub Some Vicks Vaporub on the Throat and Chest helps with Congestion once the cold is onset.  there is Vicks that is used too with a vaporizer and it works really well especially when used at bed time/sleeping.
  • 5.  Aromatherapy or Essential Oils work very well too to calm and relax your body and mind increasing your healing and overall well being. You can find the Essential Oils in different scents e.g Menthol, Eucalyptus, Lavender and many more. They are best used in a diffuser to fill the air in a room and this can be found in department stores like Target, Marshals, Amazon.com etc.

Positive Thought!

So today was Valentine’s day a day to appreciate our loved ones and show affection probably in ways we have neglected to in the past few days, weeks, months and for some it is a second chance to affirm what they have always been skeptical, fearful and maybe somewhat ashamed to show as affection because it is a sign of weakness!

So did you get what you were expecting today? What were you hoping to receive?  Flowers, chocolates, hugs, kisses, cards, a verbal wish from friends, relatives And colleagues?  What if today you just received good news, but no flowers, Some sweet love with kisses from your spouse or significant other and you know what else!! But no dark chocolate or Roses, would that deminish their giving or thought? off course not!! So my Positive Thought for today is it is the thought that counts! I will take the Hugs and Kisses all day!

Positive Thought!

As I was cleaning out my ooh! So small & full closet, I could not stop wondering why this closet has been a source of anxiety to me.  Ever time  the closet door opens , my heart sinks to the pit of my belly. I love to clean, organize my stuff otherwise I get lost trying to think. The mess makes my mind a mess too and cannot stay focused on anything.  Yeah! I think it is true this task has become too daunting for me, I have trashed, given out and boxed some of the clothes, handbags, shoes and everything that will not be used anytime soon yet this is a lie because no  matter how much I try to clean out the clutter is back on the next week.  So this week my Positive Thought is “cleanliness is next to Godliness” as one of my teachers preached to us.  So stay Positive!
